William “Billy” Bustard

It is with heavy hearts, we announce the passing of William Bustard of Kingston, Ontario, who died in his home of heart complications on Thursday, May 8, 2025.  William, affectionately known as Billy, was born on August 16, 1966.  Billy's loving spirit is carried on by his son, Jude, his sisters Yvonne, Lori, Christina; brother Wayne, life partner Rhonda Goodfellow and his loving nieces and nephews. Billy is predeceased by his daughter Grace, parents William and Barbara Bustard, and step-father Benjamin Wemp. We will sadly miss his love of the arts, huge sense of humour and brilliant mind. To honour Billy's memory and his unique imprint on our lives, a Celebration of Life will be held on August 9, 2025 at 1:30 pm at the Montreal St Legion. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to The Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation in Billy's name.
