Shawn Perry

Shawn Dustin Perry 

July 4th, 1985 – October 4th, 2024 

It is with immense sadness that the family of Shawn Perry announced his passing on Friday, October 4th, 2024. Shawn passed peacefully at home surrounded with the love of his mother, Janet and his sister, Sarah. Beloved son to Janet and the late Glen Perry, brother to Sarah (Scott) and Tyler Perry, fun-loving Uncle to Owen and Nolan Dwyer. Grandson of Arnold and Shirley Miller and the late Wallace and Audrey Perry. He will be missed by too many Aunts, Uncles, cousins and family friends to be named individually.  

We would also like to express sincere thanks and gratitude to the Nurses of ParaMed. In particular, thank you Wendy and Jillian for your care and compassion as you supported Shawn and our family with his end of life care. 

The void we feel as a family cannot be measured and is beyond words. Shawn will be remembered for his winning smile, his prankster ways and his beautiful soul that could light up any room. Shawn has impacted so many people over the course of his life and will be missed for an eternity. We are however at peace knowing he is now with his father Glen as there are "no more tears in heaven."

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to the Lennox and Addington Hospital Foundation, Sick Kids or a charity of your choosing. There will be a tribute and condolence page on-line via Milestone Cremation Service, Napanee (www.milestonecremation.ca) for friends and family to post of their memories that we will cherish reading. 

There will be a private and intimate Celebration of Life for immediate family and friends at a later date.
