Roy McCormack

It is with great love and sadness that we announce the passing of Donald Roy McCormack on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at Hospice Quinte, with his beloved wife Linda McCormack by his side at the age of 90. 

Cherished father of Pamela Mason (Peter), James McCormack (Teresa), and Stephen McCormack (Cathy). Proud Papa of Christopher, Emily (Brad), Ellen (Rhys), Woody, and Eddie, and adoring great-papa “GP” of Grayson, Jack, Owen, Gideon, and Remi.

Roy will be remembered for his kindness, his steady presence, and the love he had for his family and community. He leaves behind a legacy of laughter, integrity, and devotion to those he held dear.

A Celebration of Roy’s Life will be held on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Trenton United Church, 65 Dundas Street East, Trenton. A reception will follow at the Batawa Ski Chalet, where friends and family are invited to share stories and memories. In lieu of flowers, donations in Roy’s memory may be made to Hospice Quinte.
