Bob lost his courageous and lengthy battle on November 10, 2018 at Belleville General Hospital. Recently pre-deceased by Joanie beloved wife of 56 years. Cherished father of daughter Karyn of Belleville. Also survived by son Rob (Bobbi) of Lisle. Papa of Brandon and Ashley. Dear big brother of Kathy McNally (late George), Joan Blanchard , the late Janet McKinney and brother-law Keith Telford (Dorothy) (late Pat) Darlene Masotti (late Ed). Pre-deceased by parents Lillian Park and Horace Smith. Bob will be missed by special friends Marvina and Dan Kennedy as well extended family and friends. Bob was a proud member of the Royal Canadian Regiment. Bob will be remembered for his sense of humour, love of animals and determination in all things. Celebration of Life will be held jointly for Joanie and Bob, Saturday, December 1, 2018 (1:00 -3:00) at The Royal Canadian Legion Branch 132 Pinnacle St. In Belleville. To follow, a small private spring-time interment service will be held in Hamilton.
