Remi Charron Obituary

Passed away peacefully with his family by his side at Providence Care Hospital on Sunday, October 31, 2021 at the age of 81. Remi will be deeply missed by his devoted wife Denise (nee Brunet) of 61 years. Cherished father of Daniel Charron (Marg), Anne Warner and Lynn Charron. He will be sadly missed by his grandchildren Suzanne, Nicholas, Lucas, Jazmin and Andre. His great grandchildren Hannah and Peyton. Beloved brother of Conrad Charron (late Claudette) and Madeleine Emond (Benoit). Predeceased by his parents George and Flore Charron (nee Lafontaine), as well as his brothers Roger Charron, Jean-Marc Charron and sister Colette Denault.

Remi was a very proud Iron Worker for 60+ years for Local 721 in the Toronto area. This was something that was very special and important to him as well as his family. Remi’s son, grandson and brother have also dedicated their careers to being Iron Workers. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Milestone Cremation Service, Napanee. A memorial Mass will be said at Sacred Heart of Mary Catholic Church, Madoc. Memorial donations made in Remi’s memory to the Alzheimer’s Society would be appreciated by the family.
