Michael "Mike" Masterson

Passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Monday, June 16, 2025 at the John M. Parrott Centre, Napanee at the age of 86. Mike will be forever missed by his devoted wife Marilyn (McConnell) of 55 years. Cherished father of the late Michelle Sager-McDougall and Les Jung. He will be lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Krysta and Lorne. Beloved brother of Harold, Doreen, Mary, Leonard and Joseph. He will be sadly missed by his nieces, nephews many other relatives and friends. Predeceased by his parents Michael and Marjorie Masterson (Belch) as well as his siblings George, Dorothy, Phyllis, Helen, Marjorie, Darlene and Donny. Mike was very proud to have dedicated his career as a transport driver for XTL for over 30 years and could proudly say he had a clean drivers abstract. A Celebration of Mike’s Life will be held on Saturday, July 19, 2025 from 12:30 pm – 4:30 pm at Hillcrest Community Centre (69 Centre Street, Belleville). Memorial donations made to the Picton SPCA for the cats, The Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
