Margaret "Betsy" McNeill (Parker)

After a courageous battle with cancer, Betsy passed away on Sunday August 13th with her loving family by her side. She will be dearly missed by her husband Michael, children Noel (Laura), Dana, Lucas (Rebecca), and her grandchildren Molly and Clark. Predeceased by her Parents Russell Parker and Patricia Austin, Siblings Gail Pantry (Scott) and Barrie Parker. Sister to Garth (Pam), Brian (Annette), Randy (Jenn) and Sandra (Randy). Betsy cherished her family and friends, she loved hosting any occasion. She was devoted to her work as an educational assistant and enriched the lives of everyone she taught.

Following cremation a Mass will be held on Thursday August 17th at 11 am at St Patrick’s Catholic Church Napanee. A Celebration of her life will follow from 1 pm to 3 pm at the Strathcona Paper Center in Napanee.
