Marcia "Marcy" Daly

Surrounded by her loving family, Marcia passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, July 18, 2023 at the age of 79. She leaves behind Garry, her loving husband of 52 years and Chico, her precious K-9 companion. Marcia deeply loved her family and was the proud mother of Nicole (Colin) Fraser and Darcy (Jennifer) Daly. The sun rose and set on her grandchildren Kaiya, Jaime and Shane Daly.

Predeceased by her parents Harold and Eva Goldman (nee Risi) and her loving son Captain Shane Antaya, Snowbird #2.  

Marcia was born in Jamaica and immigrated to Canada at the age of eighteen. Throughout her life she was extremely active and outgoing. She loved spending her winters in Florida and was an avid golfer, gardener, home decorator and chef. Marcia was a very giving  person who often, anonymously, helped others.  She will be missed by many. The family would like to thank all the care givers who helped her on her journey, especially nurse Donita Martin and PSW Miranda Nevills. Marcy has requested memorial donations be forwarded to Hospice Prince Edward.
