Linda Shields

Linda passed away peacefully at the Lennox & Addington County General Hospital, Napanee on Thursday, July 24, 2025 at the age of 71. Cherished daughter of the late Kenneth and Margaret Shields. Her hugs, smile, humour, kindness, how thoughtful she was and her big caring heart will be missed by her brothers and sisters Rob (Karalynn), Greg Gallagher, Cathy McQuaig (Randy), Jeff (Kathy) and Denise Burris (Dale) as well as many nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by her brother Kirk. While in the palliative care unit she received exceptional care in her final days. The family wish to extend a heartfelt thank-you to the staff of Village Green Nursing Home for the wonderful care she received while living there. A Graveside Service will be held on Friday, August 1, 2025 at 2:00 pm in Elmwood Cemetery, Corbyville with a Celebration of Life at 3:00 pm at Signal Brewery.
