Leonard Skinner Obituary

Passed away peacefully at the Lennox & Addington County General Hospital on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, at the age of 72. Leonard leaves behind his children Lindsay Weir (Alex) of London, ON and Brookes Skinner of Prince George, BC. Grandfather of Victor Weir. Beloved brother of Steven Skinner (Sharon) of Kanata, ON and Susan Skinner of Whitehorse, NWT

Leonard leaves behind a large catalogue of artwork inspired by Canada’s natural beauty. Many of his landscape paintings hang in homes across the nation.

The kind and compassionate health care workers, his neighbors in Deseronto, and friends in Westport helped reconnect him with old friends.

He will be remembered fondly by friends and family.

Donations would be appreciated to a charity of your choice.

A Celebration of Life will be held in the Spring of 2023.
