Lawrence Cassibo
Obituary
Passed suddenly at his home in Trenton at the age of 57. Cherished son of Arthur and Marion Cassibo of Napanee, and eldest brother of Andrew (Tina) and Gregory (Christine). Lawrence was a proud father to his daughters Melissa (Joseph, former spouse Derek), Katherine (Gabriel), and Shannon (Catlin). He was a loving grandfather to Jordan, Chloe, Jake, and Jagger. He will be greatly missed by his extended family and close friends.
He enjoyed his work as a butcher and meat cutter and will be remembered fondly by his coworkers at Independent Grocer in Belleville. Lawrence loved gardening and was an avid outdoorsman.
A private burial will take place at St. Patrick's cemetery in Napanee following cremation.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Newburgh Community Hall on Thursday, May 4, 2023 from 2-4 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) in Lawrence's Memory.
