Peacefully, at Lennox & Addington County General Hospital on Sunday, June 21, 2026, Kenneth “Kenny” Wagar passed away at the age of 61. Kenny was predeceased by his beloved parents, Eva and Henry Wagar, as well as his siblings and family members Almonte, Shirley, and Ralph. He will be fondly remembered by Grace, Michelle, and Chrissie.
With broken hearts, Kenny will be lovingly remembered by his second family, especially Sandra, who had the privilege of sharing the past 20 years of her life with him. He will also be deeply missed by his extended family, many relatives, countless friends, and by his best friend and roommate, Marshall Wilson.
The family would also like to recognize Barb Martin, who held a special place in Kenny’s life taking him to church and to play the piano, she brought happiness, comfort, and purpose to his life, and those memories will be treasured.
Kenny’s kind heart, friendship, and the memories he created with those who knew him will be cherished always.
A private family graveside will be held Tuesday, June 30, 2026. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, July 18, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Best Bash, Napanee, Ontario. Family and friends are warmly invited to gather to share memories and celebrate Kenny’s life.
Fly high, until we meet again.
