Kathleen "Kay" (Watson) Lloyd

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Kathleen Lloyd at the John M. Parrott Centre, Napanee with her family by her side on Tuesday, March 12, 2024 at the age of 89.

Kay was the beloved wife of the late James Lloyd of 56 wonderful years. Cherished daughter of the late Alex and Marie Watson and mother of infant daughter Suzanne.

Much admired and loving mom of Valarie Staines (David), Shayne Lloyd, Scott Lloyd, Kevin Lloyd, Karyn Baker (Irvine), Jim Lloyd, (Janet), Mark Lloyd (Becky) and Sandy Wales.

The best loving nanny of Krista (Ryan), Mark (Johanna), Derek (Kathlene), Kyle, Kaleb (Jordan), Zoye (Devon), Dieter (Emma), Jared, Alex, Paige and Ryan as well as great nanny of Ryker, George, Aliyah, Leo and Harrison.

Beloved sister of Russ Watson and Jim Watson. Predeceased by her siblings Ina Huard, Fay Jackson, David Watson, Mary Jean Bett, Greg Watson and Laurie Watson.

We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff of the John M. Parrott Centre for the special care and compassion given to our mom.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 6, 2024 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at the Temple of Prayer and Praise 261 West Street, Napanee followed by a Funeral Service in the Sanctuary at 12:00 pm.

Memorial donations made to the Alzheimer’s Society or the John M. Parrott Centre would be appreciated by the family.
