John Stevenson

John Alexander Stevenson passed away peacefully on December 11, 2025, at the age of 82, following a courageous three-year battle with cancer.

Born in Scotland, John immigrated to Canada at the age of 21, where he met the love of his life, Joyce. Their marriage was built on deep love, friendship, and companionship. Joyce predeceased John in 2022, and he missed her dearly. Together, they made their home in Napanee for the past ten years.

John was a devoted stepfather to his three stepsons: Wayne, Stephen (Diane), and Doug (Dianne). He was a proud grandfather to six grandchildren and leaves behind seven great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister, Sandra, and his niece, Fiona.

John will be remembered for his quiet strength, kindness, and the love he shared with his family. His gentle presence and steady support will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
