John Bagnell

Sometimes you never know the value of a moment until it becomes a memory 

It’s with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of John Hilton Bagnell on Monday, December 18, 2023 at the age of 53..

John was born in Montreal, Quebec on October 24,1970. He is the son of the late Thomas Bagnell (father) and Odile Bagnell ( mother) of Napanee, Ont. He will be deeply missed by his daughter Rebecca Bagnell, his grandkids Alexa & Joel and by his four sisters Pat (Tony) Remy of Oka, Quebec, Cindy Bagnell of Bowmanville, Marlene (Keith) Locklin of Trenton and Donna (Doug) Hunt of Napanee. He will be fondly remembered by his many nieces & nephews & friends.  

John's love of taking photos has helped us travel with him on his motorcycle and transport journeys. We will think of him at every sunset as that was his favourite photo to take. His journey has ended way too soon. Forever in our hearts, til we meet again. Cremation has taken place with Milestone Cremation Services, Napanee. A graveside service will be held at Riverview Cemetery on Friday April 26 at 11:00am. Refreshments to follow. Friends desiring may contribute in his memory to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
