Passed away and on his own terms on Monday, November 3, 2025. If you wish to remember Joe, please consider making a contribution to Hospice Prince Edward (Picton) on Downes Avenue. A Celebration of Joe’s life took place at the party on October 18th with music, friends and family. Joe loved it!!
