Joan Masterson

Joan passed away peacefully in her 92nd year at the Crown Ridge Long Term Care Home in Trenton on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, where she had resided over the last 7 years. Beloved wife of the late John "Jack" Joseph Masterson. Dear mother of Tim Masterson (Tina), Susanne Quinlan (Neil), Darlene Loft (Greg), Lisa Maracle (Gary), Tina (John Campbell) and Brenda (late David Thompson). Pre-deceased by her infant daughter Joanne, son Daniel, grandson Zach and by her mother Attoinette Lafontaine Moreau of Penetanguishene. She will always be cherished in the hearts of her 16 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren. Fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

The Masterson family have resided in Stoco, Ontario since 1844. Jack & Joan raised their 7 children in Stoco & attended St. Edmund's Church. Cremation has taken place with Milestone Cremation Services.

The Funeral Mass for Joan will be Celebrated at St. Edmund's Catholic Church, Stoco on Monday, May 25, 2026 at 11:00am with lunch to follow.
