Ingrid Henryetta (Asmus) Bischof

Ingrid Bischof passed away surrounded by her family and friends at Campbellford Memorial Hospital on Saturday, July 27, at 3:30 pm. She is survived by her husband Frank and her sons Bryce and John along with many nephews who loved her very much.

Ingrid spent the best years of her life on a farm in the Keene area after surviving WWII and coming to Canada, where she met her husband Frank at Silverwood dairy, in Peterborough. She loved being on the farm where she took up gardening, looking after animals and her family. She used to say that there was no place like home and we all felt the same about our little piece of paradise. She will be truly missed by all that knew her. As per her wishes cremation has been performed and there will be no visitation or funeral.
