December 27, 2020 2:45 PMTed was such a nice man. Everyone on the Rural Part of Kingston's Committee of Adjustment liked him. (I am sure it was the same with our urban counterpart.) Even years later when he retired, there was a letter written by a member of the Committee at the time, out to everyone in general, noting his retirement, and that he would be missed. A smidgen of a memory: Ted booting up his laptop to get the Committee meeting rolling and apologizing when Windows did its little "Da Dee Da" to signal it was ready to go.
