Glenna Elmy

Glenna Elmy (nee Hermer) passed away peacefully at BGH surrounded by her family.  She was the loving wife of Dave Elmy, her soulmate, best friend and confidant partner in life.

The loss will be greatly and deeply felt by her sister Michele Toms (Mike)

Predeceased by her mother Ruth Hermer. Survived by her father Bob Hermer and children Eric Calver (Crystal), Amber Somerville (Doug), David Elmy, Steven Elmy (Selena), Rob Elmy (Kelly).

She will fondly be remembered as Lego Grandma by her grandchildren Ashley, Jaime, Mary, Emily, Sarah, Jack, Arika, Douglas, Easton, Brooke, Mason, Nolan,Logan, Ashlyn, and Keenan.

She will always be remembered as “Goddy” by her nephews Cory, Kevin and Kyle.

Glenna loved music, camping, reading and her tetris rivalry with her husband Dave.

Special thanks to all the nurses and staff in the ICU at BGH.

There will be a cremation and private ceremony for the family with a celebration of life at a later date.
