Obituary

George Hilliard “Hilly” - It is with deepest sadness we announce his passing on Sunday, November 27, 2022  at the H.J. McFarland Nursing Home. Hilly was born on September 11, 1927, the son of David Andrew Welbanks & Edna Pearl Welbanks {Way) in the Town of Picton. Hilly is survived by his wife of 64 years Mary Welbanks (Duetta), and their children Terry Jackman, Cheryl Mowbray ,  Patty Welbanks and his many nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place with Milestone Cremation Services, Napanee. The family would like to thank the staff and management of the home for their professional and loving care provided to him.
