George Leonard Huffman

George Leonard Huffman passed away peacefully at the Lennox & Addington County General Hospital on May 5, 2025, with family members by his side, after a brief stay. at the age of 67.

From a young age, George was a diehard Boston Bruins fan through and through, and he also cheered proudly for the Toronto Blue Jays. He was a proud uncle to many nieces and nephews who will remember him with love.

George was the son of the late George Huffman Sr. and Barbara Parks, and the stepson of Don Whales. He was predeceased by his siblings Donny (Marg), Sharon (Randy), Susan (Jack), Bobby (Debbie), Brian (Ann), Dennis, and Doug. He is survived by his siblings Gerald, Larry (Cathy), Barry, Donna, and Wayne. He will be deeply missed by his brothers and sister, along with his many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

The family invites you to join them in celebrating George's Life on Saturday, August 16, 2025 from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm at the Newburgh Community Hall. Memorial donations made to your local children's sports team or to an organization that support children's sports would be appreciated by the family.
