Doug Shaw

Passed away peacefully at the John M. Parrott Centre on Friday, April 12, 2024 at the age of 87. Doug will be forever missed by his devoted wife Lorraine of 64 years. Proud father of Kevin (Linda) and Mark (Ruth). Cherished grandfather of Jasmine (Jamie), Krystle (Andrew), Jessica (TJ), Cheyenne (Eric) and Kyler (Kristy). Doug will be fondly remembered by 11 great grandchildren. Beloved brother of Shirley (Doug).

Predeceased by his parents Lester & Clare (Stinson), siblings Vic (Flo) and Florence (Ralph).

After retiring from owning his own business at the age of 55 Doug enjoyed spending winters in Florida and summers boating the St. Lawrence with the love of his life Lorraine.

As per Doug’s wishes cremation has taken place with Milestone Cremation Services, Napanee. A Celebration of his Life will be held Monday, April 29, 2024 from 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm at the Napanee Lions Club.
