Clifford Howard

With sadness in our hearts and the joy of having Cliff in our lives, we say a loving goodbye to our husband, father, grandfather, papa, and friend.

Clifford Larry Howard passed peacefully on October 23, 2024, in his 80th year.

 Loving and devoted spouse of over thirty years to Brenda Bateman. Amazing father & step-father to Laura (Don) Frankford, Rob British Columbia, Becky, Kris (Christina) Stirling, Anna (Dave) Belleville.

Amazing Grandpa to Andrew (Keirsten) Trenton, Mallory (Jacob) Petawawa, Katherine, Nikalous Frankford, Ty, Colby Calgary.

Beloved Papa to Silas, Asher, Mave & Evian Belleville, Owen & Dylan Stirling.

Great Grandpa to angel boy Austin, Henry of Trenton, Markaus Frankford, Bodhi Petawawa.

Loving Uncle to Tim Wellman (Shelly) Stirling, & Tammy Wellman Shannonville.

Loved by his sister Linda Wellman & his brother Richard Howard Trenton.

Predeceased by parents Claude & Helen Howard.

Missed by friends Steve & Janet Larcombe. Cliff & Steve were like brothers & friends for over 60 years.  Cliff started his career at Trenton’s Cotton Mill. He worked there for 10 years then at Fabricon in Trenton for 4 years before being employed at Canada Colour & Chemicals in Colborne for 30 plus years. Cliff was a member of The Royal Canadian Legion Branch 228 Stirling and enjoyed volunteering with the yearly poppy campaign.

Cliff was a friend to all he met. He is missed by his Stirling legion pool buddies and his car show friends. His faithful dog Mia is lost without being at Cliff’s side.

As per Cliff’s wishes cremation has taken place and there will be no service.
