Charles Arthur “Art” Bowers (retired employee of CN Rail after 33 years) - Passed away suddenly at Belleville General Hospital on Saturday July 9, 2022 at the age of 78. He leaves behind his beloved wife of 55 years Joyce (Young). Son of the late Kenneth and Gertie Bowers. Dear father of Wendy Bowers (Rod), Holly Pomfret and Jennifer Bowers, all of Belleville. Special Grandpa of Courtney and Brandon Pomfret, Dustin Baker (Brianna) and Samantha Baker (Zack), and his great grandchildren. Also survived by his brothers and sisters.

As per his wishes, cremation has taken place with Milestone Cremation Services, Napanee. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
