Beverly Joyce Parker

Passed away peacefully at Belleville General Hospital on Friday, September 29th, 2023 at the age of 85. Cherished mother of Kelly Parker (Scott) of Consecon, and the late Debby Boyd. She will be forever missed by her grandchildren Brody Rutledge (Jillian) of Belleville, Randi Vierich (Earl) of Madoc, Casey Rutledge (Caitlyn) of Guelph, Lacey Krist (Cory) of Kelowna, and Jason Hedger (Christine) of Belleville. She will also be also sadly missed by her 11 great grandchildren Owen, Evan, Zoey, Lucy, Quinn, Sutton, Oakleigh, Lily, Coral, Claire and Emma. Loving wife of the late Richard Douglas Parker, daughter of the late Phyllis and George Hammett and sister of the late Linda Burnette.

With over 30 years in the commercial printing business with the Intelligencer and Howard & Robert Printing, she was always a dedicated employee. Beverly was a strong, courageous, kind, and loving woman but also had a stubborn side, showing determination to win a good argument. She loved her sports and nothing stood in her way on game day. She was the matriarch of our family, which is the best word we have to describe our mother/grandmother who earned the never-ending respect from us all.
