Lorraine Margaret (Bayford) Sanders

Peacefully, with family by her side at the Lennox & Addington General Hospital on Friday, August 30, 2019. Beloved wife of the late William “Bill” Sanders. Proud and loving mother of Kelly (Tim) Snider of Napanee, Marc (Leona) Sanders of Kingston, Debb (Margaret) Sanders of Napanee. Cherished Nanny of Kyle (Rebecca), Cory, Eric and great-grandmother of Electra. Sadly missed by her close sister-in-law Jean (Paul) Hargreaves of Egbert. Aunt Lorriane will be fondly remembered by her nieces Lynn (Paul) McIntyre of Toronto, Anne Marie (David) Wright of Montreal, her nephew James (Savannah) Hargreaves of Barrie, great-niece Madeline Wright and great nephews Colton Hargreaves and Jacob Hargreaves. She will be greatly missed by her fur-baby Teeka. A sincere thank-you is extended to moms Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner Valerie Cooper, Saint Elizabeth visiting nurses for the exceptional care mom received while at home, to the Doctors & Nurses in Acute Care at the L&A Hospital, Palliative Care Unit Nurses for their compassion, Hospice L&A, especially Melanie Bramburger and our appreciation to mom’s family Dr. Andrawis.  A Celebration of Life Service will take place at St. Mary Magdalene Anglican Church, 137 Robinson St. Napanee, Ont. on Saturday, September 7, 2019 at 3pm. Friends desiring may contribute in her memory to Cystic Fibrosis or St. Mary Magdalene Anglican Church.
