It is with great sadness that the family of Janet announces her passing on Thursday, September 5, 2019 at the age of 79, at her home in Stirling. Janet will be missed and fondly remembered by her son Robert (Janelle), grandchildren Jessica Johnson, Alexis (Kyle) Casselman, Madison Eggleston and Cooper Johnson. She is survived by her sister Gloria Vandriel as well as her beloved nieces and nephews. Janet was predeceased by her husband, James “Wes” Johnson, sister Shirley Smith and parents, John and Doris Fleming. In keeping with Janet’s wishes, cremation has taken place and she will be interred along side her husband, Wes, at Mount Pleasant United Church Cemetery, Stirling. If you wish to place a donation in her memory, please consider either the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart of Hastings Hospice. Please feel free to share your memories and stories of Janet.
